This line is now open every afternoon for patients to be able to contact the Practice for ordering prescriptions, booking and changing appointments.

If you want to cancel an appointment only, you can text your cancellation.

You will need to leave the relevant details stating your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and TIME OF APPOINTMENT and who the APPOINTMENT IS WITH.
